I received the best service ever. My eyebrows look so beautiful and Jess fully explained the entire process and how they will end up looking like. She knows her work so well and understands whats best for your skin type and what shape looks best on you (I did microshading as recommended). My appointment was rescheduled and if that ever happens to you, you need not worry. Be patient and wait for magic. Its also not painful, a bit uncomfortable towards the end but bearable. Excellent service you wont regret.
