Took my twin daughters for a eyebrow shape and tint. We asked for a natural look. There were no light brown colour in the salon so she took it upon herself and decided that dark brown will work on a strawberry blond person. Service was unproffesional and no consulting was done. She then decided the girls needs thinning out and took the sciccors and thinned their eyebrows out?? Their eyebrows was unevenly shaped. We are very dissapointed??
