I made a confirmed booking for 10 am and was only assisted 40 minutes later. Not only did they keep me waiting but when I was not satisfied with the results of the spray tan (I was blood orange) they told me it was my fault as I requested to be "dark" and in additional I must have sprayed myself while changing. Unbelievable! This has been the worse experience that I have had with a salon and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Most unprofessional waste of 2 hours of my life - I was appalled by the level of disinterest the staff have in their clients. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, as requested, a common curtesy I was happy to oblige - but this respect was not extended to me when I was still sitting in the reception area - naked, bar the thin brown robe, after already having waited for 45 mins and being showered with numerous excuses from the spa. I had made my appointment THREE WEEK...S ago to avoid just this. After being called in eventually, reluctantly, I was told there was a mix-up with my appointment & therapist, but nevertheless ushered into an ill-ventilated room where nothing had yet been prepared for my treatment. Had to ask for basic things I needed (e.g shower cap and towel) and the spray tan machine (apparently the only one in the whole spa!) was broken & gushing dark brown tanning oil all over the floor. The therapist was very apologetic but not much help. She nervously tried to apply the treatment, but
