Beautiful spa environment, great treatments and therapists, however, Front of house etiquette and handling of customers has much to be desired. After pre paying cash for products ordered a week ago, I collected my items and was allowed to leave the store. Then I was called back to show proof of payment. I handed over my receipt but it was not good enough and I was still not allowed to leave the store and basically held hostage and treated like a criminal. Their response, "we... have a new system" ( never mind payment was reflected in black and white on the receipt in front of them). When I asked for a refund, their response was (indignantly) "but we said sorry!" Just not good enough, poor form Dante. I get that there are technical glitches but there is no excuse for treating a customer in this manner. Not the first time I have received this snotty attitude from the front desk either. See More
