What is Carboxy?

Carboxy is a non-surgical skin rejuvenation treatment, where a series of intradermal micro-fine injections of medical Carbon Dioxide is inserted just beneath the surface of the skin at different depths in the skin depending on the target of the treatment.

This is causing an increased blood flow to the targeted area which stimulates collagen growth and rejuvenation.

Carboxy treatment lifts tissue and rebuilds collagen by increasing oxygen in the treated area. As a reaction to the temporary local increase in carbon dioxide, the body increases circulation and pushes oxygen into the area. This causes collagen to rebuild from the inside out and underlying fat to decrease. Lip lines, deep wrinkles around the mouth are repaired, not just temporarily restored.

Carboxy therapy is mainly used for the treatment of dark under-eye circles, stretch-marks, cellulite reduction, and non-surgical fat sculpting on the face and the body.

The treatment can also be used on other areas of the body such as the eyelids, face, neck, arms, stomach, buttocks, and legs.

The Carboxy treatment is a very quick simple and safe procedure with a minimal discomfort and very little recovery and with no down time needed.

Carboxy therapy is suitable for all skin types.

It can be combined with peels and other laser treatments.
